Terms of Service

Draft for owner review — business details and legal review must be completed before commercial launch.

1. Who provides Sphedora

Sphedora is a social publishing service at sphedora.com. Service provider: [insert full legal business name, registered address, registration and VAT details]. Contact us using the Contact Us page. These terms govern use of the service; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. The service and allowances

The advertised plan is €9.99 per month, with up to 10 connected accounts on each of four networks and up to 5 posts per connected account per day. Supported destinations are Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Pinterest and LinkedIn member profiles. Daily allowances apply separately to each destination account and use the timezone saved with the scheduled post. Unused daily allowances do not carry forward. Around 6,000 destination posts per 30-day month is a theoretical maximum, not a guarantee of successful publication.

This release supports text and a single image where the selected network permits them. Instagram and Pinterest require an image. Facebook personal profiles, LinkedIn company Pages, video and carousels are excluded. Planned features are not part of the current subscription. Network eligibility, approval, permissions and availability also apply.

3. Accounts and authorised use

Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Keep your login secure, provide accurate information and maintain required platform permissions. You are responsible for reviewing content, destination accounts and scheduling settings. Do not use the service for spam, unlawful content, impersonation, infringement, abusive automation or evading platform restrictions.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us permission to store, process and transmit it as needed to provide the service. You must hold necessary rights to uploaded images and text, including permissions relating to identifiable people. Keep independent copies of important content. Removing a connection does not remove posts already published on a social network.

5. Payment, trials and cancellation

Checkout displays the applicable price, taxes, billing interval and payment seller. Payments are processed through Stripe. Where Managed Payments is enabled, the merchant of record identified at checkout handles the applicable payment and tax responsibilities. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Use Manage subscription when available, or contact support for assistance. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the confirmation provided by the payment service.

A 14-day trial without a card is offered to the first 50 trial registrations when available; the current offer is shown before registration. A trial does not automatically start a paid subscription without checkout authorisation. Statutory withdrawal, refund and remedies for a defective service remain available where applicable. No blanket waiver of consumer rights applies.

6. Publishing and third-party networks

Publication may fail or be delayed because of expired permissions, network outages, review decisions, API changes, rate limits, rejected media or server interruptions. Monitor publishing results and verify important posts directly on the destination network. We do not promise publication at an exact second, uninterrupted access, account approval or permanent support for a third-party integration. Social networks control their own services and may suspend or restrict accounts.

7. Marketing results

Sphedora supplies publishing tools, not guaranteed advertising or business results. We make no promise of views, reach, traffic, search rankings, followers, conversions, sales, revenue or profits. These outcomes depend on your content, audience and third-party platform decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunities, goodwill, traffic, reach, followers or sales arising from unavailable, delayed, rejected, duplicated or failed posts, platform restrictions or interruptions. This exclusion does not remove remedies or rights that applicable law makes mandatory.

For customers acting in a business capacity, and only to the extent legally permitted, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by that customer during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. This business liability cap does not limit mandatory consumer remedies.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If an exclusion or cap is invalid, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent lawful.

9. Suspension and changes

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security threats or unpaid subscriptions, with notice where practical. Material changes to paid service terms will be notified in advance; changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If a material paid feature becomes unavailable, contact support to discuss applicable remedies. No perpetual availability of third-party services is promised.

10. Complaints and applicable law

Contact support with your account email and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or access tokens. Applicable law and courts: [owner to complete after legal review]. Nothing here deprives consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts in their place of residence where applicable.
